These terms govern your use of mh-works.com, and by using the site you accept them. They cover the website only. Consultancy work is governed by the separate written agreement for that engagement, which takes precedence over anything here.
This site is operated by MH Works Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 15932874, whose registered office is at 20 Westbourne Park, Scarborough, England, YO12 4AT. You can reach us at matthew@mh-works.com.
MH Works Ltd publishes two mobile games, Numeri and Coniuga!. These terms do not govern them. An app downloaded from the App Store or Google Play is licensed to you under that store's own standard terms for applications, which you accept when you download it, and each game has its own privacy policy: Numeri and Coniuga!.
A purchase made inside one of those apps is a contract with Apple or Google as the seller rather than with us, so the relevant store's refund policy applies to it. The Numeri and Coniuga! support pages explain how to ask for a refund and how to restore a purchase.
You may read, print and share these pages for your own information. You may not copy the design or text and pass it off as your own, try to gain unauthorised access to the site or the systems behind it, or use it in any way that is unlawful or that disrupts it for other people.
Unless we say otherwise, the text, design and layout of this site belong to MH Works Ltd, as do the company name and logo. Nothing on the site gives you a licence or right to use them.
The site describes the kind of work MH Works Ltd does. It is general information rather than professional, technical or legal advice, so please do not act on it without getting advice suited to your own situation. We take reasonable care to keep it accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is either.
We do not guarantee the site will always be available or uninterrupted, and we may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice.
Where we link to another site, it is because we think it is useful. We do not control those sites and we are not responsible for their content or for how they handle your data.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
Subject to that, MH Works Ltd is not liable for loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption or loss of data arising from your use of this website, or from being unable to use it. If you are a consumer, these terms do not affect your statutory rights.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
We may update these terms. The version published on this page when you use the site is the one that applies, and the date above shows when it last changed.
